Six of the Worst Chain Restaurant Meals in the US

It’s like eating an 8-piece bucket of KFC Original Recipe chicken with four sides of mashed potatoes with gravy, four pieces of corn on the cob, and eight packets of “buttery spread.”

Population ControlA nonprofit health-advocacy group found a 3,600-calorie meal from Red Lobster — which amounts to almost two days’ worth of calories (37 grams (two days’ worth) of sat fat) and four days’ worth of sodium (salt).  But this meal is only one of six medically unhealthy selections as seen here.
