Week after week of continual snow storms have covered the East Coast with so much snow that its piled sky-high everywhere. The snow deluge (with ice storms) is having its toll on people: some are getting angry and fighting with each other, as seen in the clip below. A rage phenomena in what the news media calls “Snow Rage.” Of course hearty Russians laugh at this, for they are always inundated with snow.
