A creepy guy was bothering women in the parking lot of Reno’s Meadowood Mall, asking to get in their car to go make a wire transfer for him because the “Patriot Act” prevented him from doing so. A suspicious Facebooker posted his photo and details, which the news media aired and the cops arrested him several hours later on a series of outstanding charges found.
