Military cook Victor Gamboa, from the 13th Military Police Battalion in the Colombian capital Bogota, is under investigation for a picture which quickly went viral after being shared by soldiers of him taking a soapy bath in a kitchen cauldron used daily to make soup in for the soldiers.

“He washed his genitals in there!”
