Drivers film an older naked man only wearing a cowboy hat walking against traffic on Highway 75 in Michigan DURING A BLIZZARD.   According to the cops who quickly nabbed him, the strange occurrence “was not unusual.”  Four officers quickly realized that the man was suffering from what is known as ‘excited delirium syndrome’.
