Cops found girlfriend Maria Nemeth’s organs scattered all over the apartment she shared with her lunatic boyfriend Fidel Lopez, who — drunk on Tequila — viciously disemboweled her by sticking his arm up her vagina and ripped out her intestines after she cried out her ex-husband’s name during “rough sex,” in which Lopez brutally penetrated Maria’s vagina and anus with his penis throughout the apartment, eventually winding up inside a closet. “The bathroom door was ripped off its hinges and there was blood and tissue in the bathroom, a bedroom closet, and smeared on walls and doors, police said.
Lopez allegedly told detectives that he put his forearm up to his elbow inside Nemeth and tore out chunks of her intestines. Then, after reportedly trying to wake Nemeth by splashing water on her face, Lopez said he washed the blood from his hands and smoked a cigarette outside.”
