A crazed Californian stripped off his clothes and ran out of his house to viciously attack an elderly woman walking her dog. A motive for the assault was not known, according to the release. It did not appear that Craig Andrew Ledbetter and the victim, Sara Hurtado, knew each other. Here is his CREEPY mugshot:
