Man Converts Pricey Maserati Sports Car Into Boat and is Caught by Police for Doing So

The 40-year-old Italian man was stopped Sunday on the Tiber River by Rome police and investigators confirmed his boat was a former sports car outfitted with an outboard motor and an open top to allow the man to stand while steering.
