According to the Priceonomics (see chart and neighborhood map), the average rent for a one bedroom in the San Francisco is now about $2,800, a two bedroom is $3,875, and a three bedroom is $4,750. Greedy landlords there have inflated rent prices 27% and 33% in two years’ time for a two -bedroom and three-bedroom, respectively.
