Turf war battle wherein neighbors of hoity-toity beach ‘hood don’t want the bums from the lower class hood next to them coming in and parking their ghetto cars on their nice streets.
“The reasons there are trash cans throughout the neighborhood is to keep the Twin Canal (a trailer park) people from parking in front of our homes,” says Dennis Cole, a neighbor.
