Dangerous ChipsThe worst food of all that is helping to cause deaths by obesity and diabetes are potato chips.  They contain three addictive ingredients deliberately added by the evil food industry giants designed to get you addicted — which ultimately can kill you by way of high blood pressure, diabetes, and obesity (read how this happens here).  Potato chips have NO NUTRITIONAL VALUE.  Eating one package of chips a day is like drinking 5 liters of cooking oil a year, according to this article.  Some states are considering legislation to put HEALTH HAZARD WARNING LABELS on potato chips and other crisps.

That’s right: they’re making us sick while they get rich off of blood money!  Have you ever noticed all the cars in the parking lot at your hospital?  Noticed how you have to drive and drive to find a spot to park there?  The vast majority of those parked cars are people who have been POISONED by obesity caused by crap food like this.  When you buy this shit you’re actually paying for bad health and possibly your death.  And the grocery store, nor the food industry or the government gives a rat’s ass about this murder-by-food scheme (except for sensible Michelle Obama)!

[HELP:  If you love potato chips and simply MUST eat the greasy things, MAKE YOUR OWN AT HOME.  Just use a potato peeler to cut them and bake them in your oven on a cookie sheet (you can douse them with olive oil only if you want them greasy — but use no other fat).  Use minimal sea salt on them instead of table salt (because table salt contains the very addictive chemical the food industry uses.

If you want to be healthy, be aware that practically everything in the supermarket that is processed food is bad for you.  Just buy fresh fruit and vegetables, minimal meat (full of growth hormones), beans, rice, pasta and potatoes, cut your milk and cheese intake (hormones in it).  Don’t buy anything processed — including MAYONNAISE.  Don’t buy vegetables in cans, only frozen.  If you can get organic eggs — buy those.  Don’t buy any sweets, cut white sugar out completely, only use sea salt, and eat fish or chicken breast instead of red meats.  And NEVER buy cold cuts of any kind — as the curing salts in those can give you colon cancer (THIS INCLUDES HOT DOGS).]
