The National Chicken Wings Council (yeah it’s an actual agency, believe it or not) says there’s a shortage of the delicious delicacy Super Bowl fans chow down in the amount of 1.23 billion in the annual event coming up on Sunday, February 3, 2013, blaming the shortage on high prices of corn feed. They’re actually called “Buffalo Wings” when you buy or make them, using spicy sauce to coat them. Imagine that, 1.23 billion wings of chickens are eaten in one day. Strange but true.
